Before you begin
You don't need to know exactly what to say.
Nero helps you slow things down and put words around what is happening in your work. There is no right answer.
01
Getting in
Open a session
Enter your first name and choose Begin. Nero speaks first.
Your conversation has its own link. Save it if you want to leave and come back — everything you have said will still be there.
02
Finding a start
What to say
Start with whatever is actually on your mind about your work. You can be specific, uncertain, or simply say that you do not know. Ordinary words are enough.
“People find us, then I never hear from them again.”
“It's busy, but I'm the one holding the whole thing together.”
“Almost everyone is new — hardly anyone comes back.”
“I can't quite name it, but something isn't working.”
03
The shape of it
What to expect
Nero asks one calm question at a time and sometimes reflects back what it notices. A conversation usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.
You can stop at any point. At the end you get The Clear Picture, yours to keep — what's going on, what would move it, and what to do first. Andrew reads it too, before speaking with you.
